  I stopped in to remove a vehicle I gifted to my parents from my current insurance policy. The woman who helped me was very pleasant, informative and helpful. I'm not sure her name but she sits upfront on the left as you are standing at the counter. I work with people all day and am familiar with the employees I oversee not doing the "best" job possible and from time to time displaying an attitude of general un-interest. That was the exact opposite on my visit and just thought you should know. I was satisfied to the point that I will be stopping back in later this week to purchase a policy she quoted me, for a used boat I just picked up.
